As a disabled-owned agency, there are times when we will not be available. BDM strives to do our very best to meet or exceed your deadlines and timelines to provide the ultimate customer delight. Notwithstanding any medical delays that are unforeseen. All medical timelines and alternatives will be discussed and planned in advance for as humanly possible. Please be patient with us, we didn't ask to become disabled, but our desire to contribute to society and the media world outweighs our illness.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
• State of return (e.g. unworn)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
